Credit Controller
Within the dynamic finance team, the lead credit controller has a key role: collecting premiums and handling claims, with the goal of minimizing credit risk through incisive receivables management and account trend analysis.
The credit controller regularly provides clear reports on developments within our portfolio and takes proactive steps to continuously improve our processes and service, always with a professional and high-quality approach.
As lead credit controller, you will not only manage the day-to-day operations within controlled processes, but you will also be responsible for overall credit control reporting, supporting, leading and overseeing the team with a keen eye for quality and efficiency.
Activities
- The position falls within the Credit Control team and is part of the Dutch Finance team.
- Independently responsible for carrying out the daily credit control activities.
- Managing the general ledger.
- Support in maintaining financial controls around credit control.
- Involved in the preparation of monthly and annual closing activities as a team.
Profile
- A college level of thinking and work with an affinity for numbers and administration.
- Experience with accounts receivable / general ledger is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel to organize and analyze data.
- A keen eye for detail, drive and understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Good command of both Dutch and English language.
- A positive critical attitude, team player and bridge builder.
Benefits
- Monthly salary based on 38 hours paid, 40 hours worked. This entitles you to an additional 13 days per year, making a total of 40 days. (27 vacation days 13 HVT days)
- The choice can be made to convert 13 HVT days into a fixed additional salary component of 5.26% per month. After which there is still entitlement to 27 days per year.
- Discount on gym - up to 40 euro reimbursed at affiliated gyms in NL.
- Pension based on defined contribution plan.
- Own contribution pension 5,5% of the pension base.
- Home working allowance 25 euro per month (gross) and laptop of the company - 2 days office/3 days at home.
