We are seeking a Cyber, Liability & Special Lines Manager for a leading player in the commercial insurance market. In this role, you will take charge of a specialized brokerage team with a strong focus on complex liability and specialty risks.
This is not a role for a manager who operates from a distance. The organization is looking for someone who can contribute to high-level discussions, help the team grow, and at the same time provide stability, foster collaboration, and set the direction. You are visible, approachable, and capable of making a difference both professionally and organizationally.
Your core expertise lies primarily in PI, Cyber, and managing as a team player.
As Manager of Cyber, Liability & Special Lines, you will lead a team of approximately 15 brokers and 6 administrative staff members. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, further professionalization, and substantive development of the department.
What will you do?
- Leading, coaching, and developing brokers and administrative staff.
- Optimizing processes, workload distribution, quality, and commercial conversion.
- Ensuring collaboration within the team and with other departments.
- Contributing substantive input on complex risks, quotes, and insurance solutions.
- Consulting with colleagues on topics including Liability, Professional Indemnity (PI), Cyber, General Liability (AVB), Directors & Officers (D&O), and Special Lines.
- Liaising with account management, insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Translating results and management information into concrete improvement actions.
- Actively participating in management team meetings and contributing to the department’s future direction.
What do you offer?
- Subject-matter expertise primarily in PI and Cyber, with experience in other liability areas and miscellaneous lines of business considered a plus.

- Experience working for a broker or insurer serving the SMB, regional, or partially international market.
